The Runaway Beard, A Hairy Tale

but the one i got from booksale doesn't have the beard anymore, anyway i have my own. :P

 this is a spread from the book Hair, describing the different types of beard.

 while on the topic of beards, also received an artwork from awesome artist friend zeus bascon. 

in which he mentioned that the face looks like, as if it has a beard too.

hello love

i wouldn't say i have been very productive this past week. however i was able to make some stuff,

 all of which are not exactly important. but i had a lot of fun experimenting with porcelain clay, and making some (plenty actually) rings for myself, also the goldfish clip is inspired by a lovely photo i found online.

i illustrated 20 questions here with my fellow inkies.

after finishing this book, which took us months (can't remember how long)
 i would say that illustrating for a reference book might be even harder
 as one has to do a lot of research so that illustrations are accurate, 
and how to make it look more fun is another challenge.

instant moustache

i will be selling "instant moustache" made from felt and rubber nylon string (to hold them in place)

at art in the park this coming saturday, Feb. 18, 2pm onwards

as well as other handmade felt items and some original artworks.
